Sloppy Quorum

Only choose the first $W$ health servers to write and $R$ healthy server to read instead of write and read for every servers. Offline servers will be ignore.

Use case

• To make sure that the write and read are still served even though there is a temporary failure that makes some of the nodes are not reachable.
