ISL (Inter Switch Link)

Cisco proprietary protocol for VLAN Tagging, which works by encapsulate the Ethernet packet with extra header and footer

Note: The FCS (Frame check sequence) is originally in the ethernet header as well, however it does not work with ISL.

By adding custom FCS header, cisco would then cover its own ISL header
