Drop Counter

Metric to track and analyse number of packets that dropped in the network.

There are two types:

1. EGRESS_DROPS means out going packet will be drop (or TX -- transmit)
2. INGRESS_DROPS means incoming packet drops. (or RX -- receive)

These counters are to help with ACL (Access Control List) in switch.
